Earlier this month, Ohio-made supercar Acura NSX made its debut at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit and Columbus moving companies are excited to transport them for future owners.
Rolling onto the floor with its engine revving, the 2015 Honda-owned car revealed its roughly $150,000 price tag, completed with a showcase by comedian Jerry Seinfeld, who is featured in the hotrod’s ad campaign.
Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Acura division, Mike Accavitti, says that, “As kids, we grow up dreaming of cars limited only by our imaginations. The NSX is that kind of car.”
Erik Berkman, executive vice president of the Acura business planning office, explains how “The NSX reflects Acura’s American roots and makes a powerful statement about the strong role being played by our North American operations in envisioning and building the future of Acura.”
Engineering of the new model, which had not been updated since 2005, has been taking place in Marysville and opened up doors to new jobs in Ohio. If you are moving to Columbus and have always dreamed of owning an Acura NSX, you will find them in their home state. If you are an automotive technician or engineer who specializes in Honda and Acura mechanics, you may want to check out job positions at one of their main branches when moving to Columbus.
